About us
Advisor Sydney City Pty Ltd is an experienced residential building company servicing Sydney, the Central Coast and surrounding areas.
With more than 23 years of industry experience behind the business, our team brings extensive knowledge across all aspects of residential construction. Led by licensed builder Bradley Kahler, we have experience ranging from smaller building works through to kitchens and bathrooms, decks, pergolas and outdoor entertaining areas, renovations, additions and complete new homes.
We understand that building or renovating your home is a significant investment. Our aim is to make the building process as straightforward and transparent as possible through clear communication, careful planning and quality workmanship.
We work closely with our clients from the initial planning stages through to construction and completion, coordinating trades, materials and the day-to-day requirements of each project while keeping our clients informed along the way.
We use appropriately licensed and qualified tradespeople and maintain the necessary insurances for the work we undertake. All works are carried out in accordance with applicable NCC requirements, Australian Standards and relevant building legislation.
Whether it’s a smaller project, a kitchen or bathroom renovation, a new deck or outdoor entertaining area, an addition or a complete new home, our team has the experience and flexibility to help bring your project together.
